oneworld Alliance

As part of the oneworld (One World) alliance, when you fly with Finnair and other airlines in the network, you are collecting frequent flyer points that can be redeemed for flights, accommodation and other travel related benefits.

The oneworld alliance is a major programme with a flight network including Aer Lingus, American Airlines, British Airways, Cathay Pacific, Finnair, Iberia, LAN and Qantas. This is continually developing, with new airlines coming on board. Very good news for those travellers on code share flights, who are still able to collect points from affiliated partner airlines.

Finnair Plus Lounges

Finnair's frequent flyer programme is called Finnair Plus. There are 3 tiers to Finnair Plus beginning with Silver, then Gold and Platinum. One of the many perks of being a member of Finnair Plus (of whatever tier) is access to the Finnair lounges. These lounges provide comfortable areas where you can relax, have a snack, sip a complimentary refreshment, check your emails, organise your paperwork or read the latest newspapers and magazines. Telephone, fax and copying services are also available as well as airline services.
